This past fall after some discussion TCO State College has teamed up with an awesome new guide service! PA UnderCurrent, these guys have all grown up in central PA, and know their water better than anyone I've seen. Andy Wagner is the owner of the company and a former TCO Employee Lance Burris is one of his top guides! Im not going to say much more about them, check out their website and blog!
