Well if you haven't heard or seen, yes the rumors are true... Everything is flooded. The Tully has hit 7000cfs down at the Red Bridge with the water coming out of the dam at 4300. Please be careful around the edges and the water. The Schuylkill is in no better shape flooding all over. We are 20,000cfs over flood stage right now.
